Amazing location, right next to Bridge Road, and just a short tram trip to the CBD. The apartment is also really close to Burnley Station if that helps with public transport needs! There's a reserved parking space for the unit, and I don't drive, so the parking is yours for the taking too!
It's a short 5-minute walk to the local supermarket, which has an adjacent greengrocer's, bakery, and butcher's shop. If you're feeling a little more lazy, the area also has a huge amount of dine-in and takeaway restaurants. The unit is also about ten minutes on foot away from Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre, which has a lot of convenient stores (like Ikea if you need new furnishings!).
The room available is the one that faces the street, so you'll also get a good amount of light throughout the day. Aside from that, communal spaces are the living room with couch, TV and table, kitchen which has a good induction stove, and a shared bathroom.
The apartment is only available by stairs (it's quite an old unit), so if this is an issue for you due to health concerns, you will unfortunately have to look elsewhere.
Updating with extra information! My housemate has let me know that she is offering a bed, kitchen storage trolley, and washing machine as furnishings. Of these, the bed's the relevant one for most people, I would say.
