It also comes with its own car park.

HOUSE
Did I mention we have a Pool/Snooker table and a TV/Projector that's connected with a large open plan kitchen which opens to the outdoor BBQ/entertaining area. The house is completely furnished (Lounge/Kitchen and Laundry) all we need is YOU.

LOCATION
The house is right next to Bridge road and Burnley St so the 48 and 75 trams to and from the city are less than a 2 minute walk away. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and it will take you a further 10 minutes to get to any city station
Saving the best for last is that Dan Murphy's is across the road and less than a minutes walk away, with a late night IGA express even closer.

BORING STUFF
I ask for a month in advance and a 2 week bond. I generally rent the room monthly from the 28th with 2 weeks notice when you want to move on.
