This is a 3 bedroom property so you will be sharing the space with two other tenants, two kiwi girls. Both have busy office jobs so are out during the day. The room that is available is the master bedroom which is located on the 4th floor. This room comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom, ample storage with build in wardrobes, air conditioner, bedside tables and a TV. You also have access to the balcony which contains a seating area.
On level one there is a large communal space which is fully furnished. The kitchen includes all necessary utilities and kitchenware. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a garage which you could use if you have a car.

About the flatmates
This room is available for three weeks as my partner and I are heading overseas. We would prefer someone who is able to stay the full time however will be open to stays that are shorter than this.
