Hi, my name is Riley and I’m a 32-year old working professional looking for someone to move into a spare room in my Richmond home.
The room is furnished with a bed, which I’m happy to remove if you’d prefer to bring your own. The house is fully furnished, secure, and very quiet with a shared bathrokm.
I work in the city, so I’m usually out early in the mornings and not home until around dinner. Outside of work I keep things low key, mainly gym and walking. I’m pretty quiet, clean, and respectful, and I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
Ideally looking for someone between 25 and 35 working full time, who is tidy, considerate, and fairly quiet.
Rent is 360 per week or 1,565 per month and does not include bills. There is an underground car park that is not currently being used and can be available to the incoming tenant for approximately 6 to 9 months.
