The townhouse is perfectly positioned just minutes from Barkly Gardens, Swan Street and Bridge Road, making it ideal for anyone who loves having cafés, restaurants, shops, pilates and yoga studios, parks plus Burnley station and Swan St trams within easy walking distance. Inside, you’ll find generous living and dining spaces, lovely natural light throughout, and a cosy courtyard. There’s plenty of built-in storage, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large laundry. A front room is available if you work from home and need an office space. The house is partially furnished, so if you have a dining table, TV, TV units, that would be very welcome. There is garage/off-street parking for one car, with the option to apply for a permanent permit and a guest permit.
The Bedroom:
The smallest of the three but still warm and functional, with a built-in wardrobe, heater, and room for a double bed and bedside table. You will be sharing the main bathroom with Sophia.
About You ✨
We are hoping to find housemates around a similar age and lifestyle, friendly and considerate, who take initiative with cleaning and shared household items, and enjoys having a friendly, social home whilst also appreciating personal space and downtime. Ideally you work full-time, are happy to be added to the lease and can provide rental references. Preference is for female housemates.
