Hello renters!
I’m on the hunt for someone to join me in my 2 bedroom Richmond apartment.
About the house: The house is located just off bridge road - surrounded by any shop you could possibly need, cute parks, cafes, Pilates studios etc. It has ample access to public transport!
Rent costs $335 pw + bills
Your room comes with your own car park so great for the car owners out there. The room has large inbuilt cupboards, is carpeted with a large window.
The apartment is a large open floor plan with lots of natural light and areas to chill out. I have amenities including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, ducted air con etc.
About you: Ideally I’m looking for someone to join the lease but also possible sublet for the right candidate! I am hoping for someone who is in their mid to late 20s, is independent and pretty laid back. All genders and types of people are welcome to apply! I like to keep a tidy space and am still in the process of decorating the place :)
