About the flatmates
We’re two guys and are ideally looking for a female flatmate, preferably in her 30s, mainly for balance in the house.
The place has a proper homey, lived in feel. It’s social but not a doof doof party house. We enjoy having barbecues, dinners, or having friends over, but day to day it’s pretty calm and respectful.
Everyone has their own life, and the house is more about being comfortable.

Tom is from the UK and currently on a working holiday visa. He’s been in Australia for about two years and works for the state government. He’s gay, fluent in sarcasm, but pretty laid back. He enjoys hiking, travelling, exploring Melbourne/Australia while he can. Always up for either a night in or a night out.
Clovis is Brazilian and has been living in Melbourne since 2017. He’s a chef. He really wanted to write something funny and witty here, but since he’s neither funny or witty, he hasn’t. That said, he’s a very nice guy and cooks great food, especially his cheesy balls. He likes to go the gym, enjoys catching up with friends, and is just as happy with a quiet night in as heading out.
We met through the house and have become good mates, so we hangout quite a bit.

Preferably someone who is not a C*%T, and is clean, considerate, and house proud. Someone social, easy going, and keen on an adult share house vibe.
