About the flatmates
This 1970s-style home is right in the heart of Richmond, tucked away on a quiet little street between Bridge Road and Swan Street. We’re about 10 minutes from Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre (Kmart, Ikea, Coles, cinema and food court), and super close to local pubs and restaurants.
For our public transport divas, we’re only five minutes from tram stops on both Bridge Road (routes 48 and 75) and Swan Street (route 70), plus Burnley train station. You’ll be well connected in every direction.
The room comes with a split system, built-in wardrobe, and can easily fit a double bed and desk (the photos are with a king bed lol). It’s really light and bright with two large windows.
You’ll be living with four other young professionals in their mid-twenties. They’re a friendly, social bunch who love movie nights, pints and pub quizzes.
The room is available from 31 January. Rent is $325 per week for one person, plus bills.
