- The house is big, with 2 stories - living, dining, kitchen, a toilet and a garage downstairs. 3 bedrooms up stairs with bathrooms and laundry.
- We have two outdoor spaces - an internal patio and front porch.
- On street parking (permit available)
- The house is fully ducted heated & there is a split system AC in each room.
About the ROOM:
The room is unfurnished and at least 3m x 3m (excluding the BIW). It has a large BIW & textured window allowing great light in. Again, ducted heating and a split system installed. The room is carpeted. There is a large bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity, that is shared with Izzy.

Maddie is from the UK and is a primary school teacher. Izzy is from New Zealand and works in recruitment.
We are big fans of pub trips, court yard wines, brisk walks (to justify the wines) and Below Deck!
About YOU:
We would love another female around their mid to late 20s to join our home. A full time worker, kind, clean, respectful and relaxed. Someone who is content in their own downtime, but happy to share a drink, meal or watch some telly.
