Looking for a friendly housemate to share a lovely two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Richmond, on the corner of Swan St and Church St. It’s super close to tram stops for the 70 and 78 lines and about a 6-minute walk to East Richmond Station, with cafes, shops, and nightlife right nearby.
The apartment also has a communal courtyard, which is great for relaxing or getting some fresh air.
The room is unfurnished, bright, and comfortable, and I’m happy to help furnish it if needed.
