This home is a townhouse with three bedrooms in the centre of Richmond 2 minutes walking to the train station which is 4 minutes from the city. You can walk to teh cbd in 15 miinutes.

A new Coles super market is close 5 minute walk and lovely cafes and restaurants down Swan Street for coffee or lunch, there are many some of the best restaurants for dinner.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all good cooking gear, Large Fridge and Pantry, Pots and Pans as you need and always cleaned after use.

I rarely use a car because I walk or ride to most places and both the city and South Yarra is one train stop away. I also can walk in 10 mins to Fitness First.

There are 2 outdoor areas, one on the ground floor and one on the roof top with a view to the city, tennis centre, Olympic Park and MCG.

There are two living areas, the main one with the eating are, kitchen and lounge with tv and surround sound, the first living area is used for storage of bikes, and other bits and pieces if you need. But there is space in the room for desks also if you need a desk.

The rest of the house has:

2 large lounge rooms the front onw is used for, bikes, shoes and hobby gear;

You have nothing to bring except linen and donna to the house unless you would like to.
