The bedroom that is available is a small in size, has its own built in robe (it’s small also); has been freshly painted & has new grey carpet. The room has direct access to large rear backyard via its own private external door. The room has a ceiling fan and ducted heating and ducted a/c.
Bills are very cheap as they are shared. This is not a party house. It is a quiet, nice, peaceful place to live in peace and is available for the right person. The other flatmates are all long term tenants, and older than 50. Ideally would like an older person, but not essential . ideally looking for a long term flatmate (not short term)
