I have a room available in a tidy, light-filled 2-bed 1 bath apartment in Toorak. I am in my late twenties, working full-time and am looking for someone similar who values a calm environment after a long day.
This apartment is within 1min walk to Heyington Train station and approx. 15mins walk to #58 tram line, super convenient if you rely on public transport. This apartment is close to the river so you can also ride a bike along the river to get to the city.
Your room won't be furnished but can easily fit a queen bed. There is plenty of storage in the apartment and there also is a storage downstairs that you can use. As I personally do not have many items, the living area is a little empty at the moment, but feel free to furnish the living space and organise things.
Bills will be split evenly

I am a veterinarian working full time. You will find me out playing sports/ catching up with friends or just having a quiet day at home in my free time.
I have a cat with me, so hopefully you like cats too because she is super friendly and loves attention.
We will be great housemates if you are tidy, clean and respectful. I am always down for a good chat or cooking together but also respect each others space.
You will need to be approved by the real estate agent and sign onto the lease so ideally you are working full time
