For a double bed for 2 people, the price is $290 per week ($145 per week each between 2 people). For a single bed in a shared room with 2 single beds, the price is $150 per week. All bills included.
A cleaner cleans the kitchen, lounge room and bathroom (but does not go inside bedrooms). There are 2 lounge areas and 2 bathrooms. Outside areas with tables, chairs and a BBQ. On-street parking. Rooms are lockable. There are fans and heating in the rooms

About the flatmates
Most of our guests are on Working Holiday Visas (some are on International Student Visas) and from Britain/Europe/America. Mix of couples and singles. Approximately 50% females and 50% males. All guests in the house are friendly and social. We occasionally play beer pong and other drinking games :)
