I am letting go of my room in this super convenient location and looking for someone to take my place.
Right off chapel st everything is right at your doorstep, heaps of op shops, cafes, bars, gyms etc. If you need to get anywhere it's well connected only about 25 mins to the CBD or the Beach on PT!
The house its self is all original but is roomy with a backyard space. The room available is the smallest in the house but still comfortable. House is fully furnished including the bedroom that has a double bed, side draws and a built in desk and wardrobe.
Rent is $950 and paid monthly.
Bond is $944 + $100 for furnishings

About the flatmates
My other two roommates are staying put and are two lovely girls in their early/mid twenties plus a little Jack Russel x Chihuahua mix.
Both girls are in hospo working full time and are often out and about, but are always down for a chat or even a drink or two. They still respect your down time too and like to have some time to themselves.
Certainly not a party house but they like having fun and very laid back about everyone doing their own thing.
