If the ad is still up, it's still available :) Sorry for the clutter in some of the photos, the old room mate is in the middle of packing up :)
We have 1 room available from 28th Jan in our 3 bedroom house, on a quiet street in Yarraville. There is plenty of on street parking for those who have a car. Its a short walk to the train station and downtown Yarraville. The house has two toilets, and one shower. It has a large kitchen and living area. The room is large enough to fit a double bed plus furniture and has an inbuilt wardrobe. The house is pretty kitted up with furniture and appliances, but if you have anything else you'd like to bring let us know :)
We are looking for someone mid to late 20's who cleans up after themselves and keeps the place relatively clean. We always happy to share a conversation and a beer, but also like my quiet time. Ideally someone who works full time or studies and has a casual/part time job. You will be living with myself, Dan, (27), Kiri (34), and Joey (1 year). I currently work full time in the tourism industry and Kiri is working full time at Footscray Hospital. Joey is my very loveable, friendly 15 month old border collie pup. He is well behaved, doesn't chew stuff (unless its food) and doesn't bark unless he has to go out.
This isn't really a party household, however friends are more than welcome to come round for something chill, providing its respectful to the other housemates. We all chip in to keep the household clean and tidy.
Bills and internet will be split evenly every month or 3 months depending on the utility. The bills don't add up to that much more as we like to try and be efficient if we can. As we already have a pet, unfortunately we won't be able to have any other pets in the house.

Rent is 855 PCM paid end of each month, one month in advance. We require 28 days notice prior to moving out :).

I currently work full time as a sales coordinator for a motorhome rental company, so if you're into road tripping hit me up! I love getting outdoors and am usually out and about trying to tire out Joey! Have lived in the inner-west of Melbourne my whole life so know all the good spots for walks or coffee! I love having a quieter more chill household, but open to hosting smaller events too! Joey is my 1 year old Collie pup and is very loveable and cheeky. He is mainly an inside dog during the day but gets two walks a day plus plenty of love.
Kiri (She/Her):
I'm in my mid 30's, I love to bake, go on hikes, garden, spend time with friends, play ultimate frisbee, find little woodwork or creative projects, the list goes on. I also love to read a good book with a cup of tea and I daydream about growing a vegi garden one day. generally chill vibes with a fun mix of nice hangouts and quiet time is probably my ideal house.
