About the flatmates
We’re a friendly and multicultural household made up of people from different countries. Currently, we have two guys from Brazil, one guy from Chile, one guy from Colombia living on the ground floor, and two girls from Colombia (including me). We’re preferably looking for a female flatmate for the upstairs area, as the three bedrooms upstairs are shared by the girls.
Everyone in the house is between 25 and 35 years old, super friendly and respectful. Most of us work a lot (many have more than one job), so the house is usually pretty calm and quiet during the week.
We’re very organised when it comes to cleaning. We have a weekly cleaning roster where one person cleans the common areas each week, which means everyone takes a turn roughly every seven weeks. We like to keep the house tidy, clean and well looked after.
Overall, it’s a relaxed, respectful home with good vibes, perfect for someone independent, clean and easygoing
