About the property
Welcome future housemates! :)
You will be living with myself female 29, Grace female 24 and my dog Murphy.
Females only sorry.
The home is the perfect spot in between the shops and public transport but far enough from the main road.
Front lounge room has air-conditioning as does the back room with kitchen. There is a second living room area which will most likely place a pull out for when friends and family stay and a third room of that will be an office style space.
The bathroom, laundry and second toilet are all new.
Brand new kitchen with gorgeous high ceilings and a big window letting in lots of sun! Brand new deck on a yard and a new shiny storage shed with rear lane access.
Bedroom has ceiling fan and plenty of space for a queen bed and wardrobe (currently has no cupboards).
House is mainly furnished, happy for any extra additions just would like keep the same vibe throughout it all - it is our communal space so should feel that way :) if you have a better fridge also happy to change
requires 4 x weeks bond and 2 x weeks rent upfront (covers first week and keeps a week in front always)
Currently no other pets, sorry :(

About the flatmates
I am a 29 year old female and have a 5 year old Cattle Dog named Murphy.
Work full-time in admin Monday-Friday and casual in hospitality most weekends.
Not much free time between jobs so I like to spend most of it relaxing at home, spending time with my dog or now its warming up head to the ocean.
I am pretty laid back and respect peoples space, although I am looking to live with like minded people to not only share a space but have some level of friendship.
Looking for people of a similar age who respects and loves the home as much as I do, keeping all communal areas clean and tidy, share a meal or a drink.
