About the flatmates
Looking for a Third Housemate 🌿
Hey! We’re Holly (29) and Laure-Helene (28) and we’re looking for a third housemate in their late 20s or early 30s to join our Mayfield home.
The house has a big kitchen and lounge room, plus a leafy green backyard that’s perfect for relaxing. We’re close to grocery stores, Waratah train station, and just a short drive to Newcastle beaches.
A bit about us: Laure-Helene works in disability support and is studying a Diploma of Community Services, and Holly works in community planning for the council. We love the occasional shared dinners, wine nights, and getting outdoors for hikes, but we also have busy schedules and really respect downtime. Definitely not a party house — more cosy, calm, homey vibes.
The room is unfurnished, approx. 3.4 x 3.3m, with a built-in robe and your own bathroom (screenshot of floor plan included).
Rent: $260 per week (excluding bills)
Lease: Until July this year (approx. 6 months)
