About the property
The house is prime location in mayfield. A short walk to aldi and woolies with cafes and pubs super close by. 10min drive to the beach.
We have a carport that we share with plenty of on street parking.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with extra toilet, big kitchen/dining area, loungeroom, laundry, spacious back deck and a yard. We have an aircon in the main living area too.
The room up for rent has a wardrobe, ceiling fan and easily fits a queen sized bed, desk and set of drawers. Flexible move in date but around mid february is ideal.
Our lease doesn't allow for pets.
Bills aren't included in rent and include internet, mowing, gas, water.

claire: 25 yrs old. lived here for 5 years and in my final year of occupational therapy.
zara: 24 yrs old. lived here for 3 years and is in her last year of speech path.
we both work two jobs and enjoy the gym/martial arts and being out and about with friends.
we are after someone who also studies or works fulltime around the same age. As we both have pretty busy and varying schedules we aren't a party house (pre drinks yes! but no kick ons) and enjoy the relaxed environment of home. we like to keep the common areas tidy and clean and regularly contribute to these duties. :)
