Not a party place!! No smokers. If you want you are more than welcome to change the furniture in your room up, as long as the there are equivalent furnished when/if moving out! :) 3 weeks notice period of move-out. Like most flats in Coogee, flat is a bit old but we still like to keep it clean and nice. Most important thing for us is to have a happy but chill vibe at home, coming home to unwind.
