I am looking for a flatmate for the second bedroom in my bright, cosy, and fully furnished apartment. Located on the top floor with no adjoining walls, the apartment is in a small, quiet, and very friendly building with a large, beautiful backyard.
The apartment is conveniently located near several bus stops for different routes and is less than a five-minute walk to the beach, shops, cafes, and everything Coogee has to offer. All day, unrestricted free parking outside the apartment and in the surrounding streets.
The room to rent is a medium-sized room furnished with a new double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. The room is bright, sunny, and well-lit.
I’m looking to share my apartment with a friendly, clean and tidy (ideally) female flatmate who enjoys a chat but is also independent with their own life. Being respectful of each other's privacy is important.

Hi, my name is Nicole. I work in marketing, and my weekday work routine depends on the type of work I am doing. Whenever I work at home, however, I have a desk set up in my room to leave the shared working area free.
I am very active, playing netball, tennis, and beach volleyball, or walking or running around the local area. I am pretty outgoing and social, usually enjoying a meal, a few quiet drinks, a dance performance, or long walks with friends and family, but I equally enjoy my own company, staying in watching TV or reading.
