1920's apartment with many original features on 1st floor level. Bathroom and kitchen updated a few years ago.

A short walk to activities such as swimming, surfing, snorkelling, tennis, coastal walks and runs or simply meditative gazing at the ocean. Stunning sunsets viewed from the northern headland in summer.

The apartment is clean, tidy and well maintained but it is not pristine due to its age. It is fully up to date with fire regulations.

The room currently has two single beds which can be used as is, with one single bed or the two singles combined to make a king size.

The room window has a northerly aspect but unfortunately no view to the beach.

Both an internal clothes dryer and external drying area available.

Eat-in kitchen.

There is no TV or sound system but I'm happy for you to have your own providing the volume is kept low. There is no air-con as the sea breeze is usually sufficient. A small fan and room heater are available if need be.

Security is provided by security and intercom at the building entrance, 1st floor height above ground level and the bedroom door is fitted with both door lock and internal latch.
