You’ll be living with just me no other flatmates.
Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished totally up to you. It’s a large second bedroom exact same size as mine.
Only one car space sorry 😢
I’m very social so out a lot, especially on weekends, Pilates, coastal walks, tennis and socialising.
I’m a very respectful and intuitive housemate and will not invade your space or privacy as that is important to me as well ☺️
