About the property
Hey! Subletting my room for 3 weeks from the Saturday the 14th of March to Friday the 3rd of April! I want someone to stay for those exact dates ideally! Subletting because I’m going on a camper trip to wa Australia.
10 or less min walk to coogee beach - 5 mins walk up to randwick - literally perfect location.
Coles and woolies within 10 mins,
Bondi junction within 15 mins on a bus.
Love living in this house - the room is huge and has gorgeous light- huge windows and doors opening up onto a shared balcony. Room is on the ground floor and has a shared bathroom with 2/3 others that you do have to access through the kitchen. Amazing social house - huge old mansion with 10 people living here (some couples some singles). Ages varying from 23 to 30 everyone’s English, Irish, Spanish and Aussie and it’s definitely a social vibe! Massive garden for BBQs and big living room next to the bedroom! Not a crazy party house though because everyone works full time but definitely enjoy going out all together! WiFi bills all that stuff included - I’ll leave some decorations up if you want and bed sheets too.
Shared kitchen which isn’t huge but it works fine. Shared pans pots and all that with everyone. Air fryer , blender , toaster kettle etc. no air con but because the ceilings are so high it’s quite cool. Got a lovely fancy fan too I’ll leave in there
Wanting 500 a week (just covering the rent I pay) not fussed about a bond- will just need the first 2 weeks of rent to secure the room and then the second week ($440) because it’s one less day when you move in!!
No couples sorry!!
