About the property
Our place is technically an apartment but as you can see from the photos it's super spacious. We are a 5 minute walk from Coogee beach, and Coogee Bay Rd (also meaning we have great public transport accessibility).
Your room includes an underground carpark spot and built in wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with two others. The room would be best suited to someone who doesn't work from home full time, given it admittedly has the worst wifi quality of the place (welcome to use the ethernet cable the last housemate left which gives good speeds).
Bills work out to about ~$260 a quarter, including a cleaner we have for kitchen/bathroom who comes every fortnight. Looking for someone here long term and keen to join for the full 12 months.

About the flatmates
This share house has been moving between friends for six years and whilst we are sad to see the last of the original occupants leave (they're in love and moving out together!), we are excited to have a new addition.
You'll be living with three other Coogee characters including Tim (27, a cafe regular and fan of zipping around the east to play tennis), Miranda (28, enviro lawyer who just got back from from exciting travels), and Sarah (26, usually either surfing or playing some beach volleyball).
We all work full time office-ish jobs, spending about half our time in the office vs working from home.
