The room for rent is one bedroom in a two bedroom flat in Dulwich Hill. It is on the second level of an apartment block.

There is one bedroom available for rent as my flatmate is moving out. This bedroom has a double bed, hardwood floors, a built-in wardrobe containing shelves and drawers as well as a door to a balcony overlooking the street. The flat is in a good location, close to multiple forms of transport (buses, train, light rail) and near shops and cafes.
