Cozy 2 bed apartment in Dulwich Hill (ground floor) with a nice outdoor terrace area with fire pit. It’s a really peaceful place with lots of local stores and an IGA within walking distance. There is a car space for a small car (my current car is too big to fit) so you can use that space for now :)
There are two bathrooms (mine is an ensuite) so you get the other one to yourself.
Please note the photos are from the real estate and the actual furnishings are different. It currently has a big wardrobe, dresser, and side table but not bed.
