Perfect position in Manly, close to the Andrew Boy Charlton pool for those early morning swims and Harris farm for all the yummy food, and only a 8 minute walk to the beach. Buses to the city just across the road and the ferry is a pleasant 15 minute walk or 5 minute cycle. There is a sunny north facing balcony for your morning coffee, all the usual… dishwasher, air con, mirrored built in wardrobe, Netflix, NutriBullet, Breville coffee machine etc. even paddle boards to borrow. I’m looking for someone needing a fully furnished room who ideally wants to stay long term and be a friend as well as a housemate.
