We live in one of the most incredible apartments in Manly. It’s the top floor with 270° ocean and harbour views. We get both sunrises and sunsets through floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a big wraparound balcony, and it’s honestly a spacious and stunning flat.
The vibe we’re looking for is relaxed, friendly, and respectful. Ideally you’re someone who wants to stay a while and help make this place feel like a real home. Clean and tidy in shared spaces, easy to talk to, good communicator, and someone who’s proactive when something needs sorting.
We’d love to live with someone who has their own stuff going on (friends, work, hobbies, passions) but is also up for the occasional shared dinner or activity. Basically: someone grounded, kind, and looking for a home, not a sharehouse.
The room shares a bathroom with myself.

I’m Charlie, a 32 year old gay guy who loves going on daily swims and playing a lot of sport from volleyball, squash to tennis and hockey. Also love a good coastal walk or ice bath 🙂 I keep my self busy with sport and like my home to be a relaxed, chilled and wholesome community vibe.
