Lovely flat in Manly, less than 5 minutes from the beach or a ten minute walk from the ferry to take you into the CBD. You'd be living with 2 fab girls in their twenties. It's a very chilled and friendly household.
The flat has a Kitchen, Bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a living room and another toilet. It has a front and back garden so is ideal for catching some sun if it's shining.
The room has a ceiling fan as well as a built in wardrobe, queen bed with a super comfy memory foam mattress and a shelf. I'll store my things so that there's a rail in the wardrobe for you. The house is really spacious and generally stays cool as its ground floor.
Perfect sublet for someone who's travelling or has just moved over to Sydney. Looking for a female to take it, preferably single/ someone who wont be having guests round.
