Our 1 year lease runs until December 7th, 2026. I am moving out and need someone to take over. Move-in date is uncertain, yet to find new place but will hopefully be fore March 10th.
The flat is locally located on the Fairlight side of Manly just around the corner from the Pavillion and Delwood Beach! 8 min walk to ferry and 2 min to bus stop that takes you to the city and chatswood.
The furniture (bed, desk and bedside table) might be for sale.
You’ll share a bathroom with 1 other person.
