Hey Potential Future Housemate!

Our current housemate is moving overseas and as such a room in our amazing apartment is becoming available.

The vacant room is spacious and currently easily fits a queen bed, desk, and office chair! It also has large built in mirrored robes to fit all the bathers and summer fits you could possibly need for your new Manly life *chefs kiss*!

The room can come furnished with our flatmates existing bed which is a very comfty 'Emma mattress' that has had a protector on it the whole time and as such is in good condition! There is also a great large desk from Temple and Webster for a dreamy wfh space. All other furniture in the room can be left for a good price too.

The apartment is located on Eastern Hill, a short 5 minute walk from the ferry, the corso, or the best coffee in Manly (Barrel One). Outside of your bedroom, the apartment itself is very spacious with lots of natural light. We have a large kitchen which is already fully furnished including a coffee machine, and anything else you might need to yourself at home! We also have a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer :)

You will be living with Laura & Lauren, two young professionals in their early 30s.

Laura works in renewable energy and works from home part time. Lauren works in software and works from home full time.

When we aren't working, we love socialising as a household and regularly cook meals, exercise and watch TV together. We are a clean household and as such are looking for someone who values this too.
