Hello. I’m a 23 year old looking for somewhere to live when my current lease is up. It finishes early November, but I'd prefer to move and be settled somewhere with some time to spare, so probably late October if possible. I’m generally quiet, and often enjoy my time alone, reading novels, learning about new things, sketching, and playing video games here and there. However, I’m also easy going and open to conversation. I enjoy getting out into the outdoors when I can, whether that just means a walk around the block or a nice hike. I do not smoke, drink, or party, and I don’t have any pets or children, though I would be fine with you having either. Currently I am not overly tethered to any specific place, although I currently live in Townsville. I am open to staying here or going elsewhere. I do have some family in Rockhampton I'd be interested in being near again, but it doesn't have to be there. My main income is a pension, and I will likely look for casual work alongside it once I'm settled. My current lease is a 12 month one, so if you have any doubts about my reliability, I am absolutely happy to get a reference from the real estate, and/or provide proof of consistent payments. I'm happy to commit to 3-6 months upfront, and then if things work out well, I'd be happy to stay longer. Thank you for taking the time to read about me.
