Hi, I’m Dakota 👋 I’m moving to Sydney for work/study and looking for a friendly, affordable share house. I’ve lived in shared places before and know how to keep things clean, respectful, and relaxed.
I’ve just finished my Master’s overseas and will be working in media/research in Sydney! I am considering doing a PhD as well. Most of my weekdays will be busy, and I like to keep home as a calm and comfortable space.
I’m social but not a party animal, I enjoy chatting with housemates over dinner, exploring the city on weekends, and I’m always up for a good Netflix recommendation. I don’t smoke, and I’m reliable with rent and bills.
I would love to find a private room in a shared house or flat, ideally under $300/week. Open to short-term or long-term stays. I’m flexible on location as long as there’s good public transport.
