Looking for a furnished private room for rent with ensuite/own bathroom, a closet/wardrobe/walk in wardrobe, a study/work desk as I'm working from home. (Ideally, if you could also offer me another room/space for study/working that would be great!) My budget is between $200 to $250 including all bills and basic amenities. Also looking for locations that are close to public transports, groceries, cafe, restaurants, shopping centres, shops and etc.
