Hey, I’m Clinton, mid 30s and grew up on a farm in the Lockyer Valley. I’ve been working across property development, project management and wine for a number of years and am now based back in SEQ full-time after some times abroad.

I’m easygoing, respectful, clean and pretty self-sufficient. I like a calm, well-kept home and I’m mindful of other people’s space and routines. Not a party house person — more early mornings, getting outside, training, beach, and keeping a solid routine.
I’m social and enjoy good conversation and a drink, or the occasional shared dinner, but I also value downtime and a bit of quiet. I’d say I read people well and keep things easy and comfortable in a shared space.

Looking for a place with similar energy — 1–2 others who are clean, balanced, and like a peaceful but friendly home. Outside of work, I stay inspired through architecture, travel, and the outdoors. I’ve a deep appreciation for design and a soft spot for live music, sport, and anything that gets me off-grid.
