Hi, I’m Jack! I’ve been living in Australia since 2015 and have recently transitioned my business to Brisbane. I’m a professional art dealer and I run a stall at the South Bank Art Market every week from Friday to Sunday.

I’m looking for a "home base" in Brisbane, ideally close to South Bank to make my work commute easy. My schedule is quite unique: I’ll be staying in the house about 3 to 5 days a week (typically around the weekend), but I am looking for a permanent room with a weekly rent to keep my things secure.

Lifestyle:
I’m a serious, respectful, and tidy person. Since I work long hours over the weekend, I value a quiet and peaceful home environment. When I’m not at the market, I’m usually focused on my business or out exploring. I’m not a partier, and I’m very reliable with rent and bills.

Must-haves:
I have a car for my business, so I absolutely need a dedicated parking spot (on-street or off-street is fine, as long as it’s reliable).
