Hi there,

My name is Sarah and I'm a lawyer currently on sabbatical, looking to rent a whole property in Sydney for approximately 3-6 months (flexible with this based on availability). I'm based in Victoria but am hoping to trial life in Sydney / QLD while I write a novel and work on some personal projects.

I'll be accompanied by my small Italian Greyhound, who is a highly trained therapy dog. She used to accompany me to work, where she assisted victims of crime, and is incredibly well-behaved. She's never left alone, travels everywhere with me, and is very low impact in a home environment.

I'm looking for a quiet, comfortable place with good natural light and ideally a dedicated space to write. I’d love something with character and calm surroundings, but I’m flexible depending on what's available. Bonus if it's near good walking spots or cafés, but that's not essential.
