ray, Jodie, Kai and Dan

Quiet, respectful, clean and reliable people looking for a place as our current lease is ending and the owners are moving back in. We cook and clean and are more than happy to contribute to the household. We like a good chat but also value and enjoy our privacy. We have lived together problem free for years and we work wel together in terms of bills, groceries, housework and yard work. Three of us work full time while Kai is a student. We all drive and have our own cars as well we as as our own furniture. Our lease ends on the 7th of November so ideally would like to move on or before then if possible. We have one small dog who is well behaved and doesn’t chew anything besides his chew toys.
