Hi, I’m Kristina 👋

I’m 28, a working professional and happy homebody who loves a calm, beautifully kept space. I work fully remote, managing a team in Disability Marketing, so I’m home during the day, but I have every second Friday as an RDO and love getting out and about. I’ve lived in sharehouses since my early 20s and have made some incredible friendships and memories through them. I’m hoping to create a home with one other female who values personal space but also enjoys a daily debrief / D&M, shared dinner or an occasional wine on the couch after a big week.

Cleanliness & Living Style:
I’m super tidy (a healthy level of OCD energy). A clean space genuinely makes me feel settled (I’m the person who unpacks immediately after a trip and finds deep-cleaning oddly relaxing, which is a BONUS for you!). In saying this, I’m looking for a roomie who naturally has similar standards. Not perfection, just shared respect for the space we both come home to.

Home Vibes I’m Hoping to Create:
I’d love to thoughtfully furnish a place to feel warm, cosy and curated. I’m really vibing the idea a soft mid-century modern style: plants, moody lighting, warm timber and soft colours. I’m happy to purchase most of the big items to achieve this, but would appreciate someone who respects shared belongings and enjoys a peaceful, cared-for environment.

What I’m Looking For in a Housemate:
- Tidy and respectful
- Working professional with stable income (ideally not fully remote or a shift worker, as I have meetings throughout the day)
- Easy-going and considerate
- Cleans up after themselves
- Doesn’t host parties or large groups every week
- Good communicator
- Appreciates a quiet, harmonious home
- Bonus: Enjoys shared dinners, board games or a cosy movie night

I’d also love to live with someone who could become a genuine friend, someone who enjoys connection but also values downtime and personal space.

My preferences:

- A home with a small office or desk nook (so work stays out of the living room/bedroom)

Location-wise, being close to Teneriffe would be ideal for river walks, but I also spend time in Ashgrove for the gym and a few regular spots. Anywhere between or near either area would keep driving times short.
