Hi, I'm Jessica. I'm 30 y/o and work Full time. Part time from home and part time in office. I'd ideally like to find someone suitable to team up with on a lease together. My preferance is a smoker or someone who's accepting of smoking. I'm looking for somewhere centrally located such as Southport or Broadbeach and surrounding suburbs.

I'm open to renting a room but would prefer my own bathroom and require space to set up a small desk area. I'm currently based in Coomera and would consider suitable options within this area as well depending on price.

I'm clean and tidy and take pride in maintaining a nice home in good condition. While I appreciate good communication I can sometimes be more introverted and enjoy downtime as well. I'm respectful, kind and considerate.
