Hi! I’m a well-organised, approachable, and friendly professional looking for a stable place to call home in Brisbane. I’ve just returned from travelling across Europe and am currently in New Zealand visiting family, but I’ll be relocating back to Brisbane soon. I’d love to secure a place in advance and am happy to arrange a video call to connect.

What I’m looking for:

A room with *air conditioning* is essential, and a ceiling fan is a big bonus.

I prefer a private space without frequent guests in the house, communication regardless on who it comes over is important to me vice versa. Especially in the getting to know part, want to feel safe in my home!

A 6-month+ stay with friendly, considerate housemates, ideally 1–3 others aged 25–35, no couples.

A peaceful, welcoming home where everyone feels comfortable and it doesn’t feel like I’m living in someone else’s space or under strict rules. I value a friendly environment where I can truly feel at home and be on a lease.

Ideally located in Newstead, New Farm, Teneriffe, East Brisbane, or Bowen Hills.

Furnished is fine initially so I can arrange my bedding to be shipped. I prefer a spacious apartment setup.

A bit about me:

Outgoing, reliable, and fun-loving, but extremely respectful of personal space. Creating a safe, tidy, and harmonious home is important to me.

I love beach days, running, gym sessions, and staying comfy at home after work. Most nights I’m out, but I also enjoy relaxing and watching TV.

I enjoy cooking and contributing to the household, from helping with meals to keeping things organised around the house. I work from home 2-3 days a week normally and tend to do a lot of procrastination clean ups (however would prefer if things are kept clean and organised). 😊

Considerate and tidy, I’m always happy to pitch in for things that keep a home running smoothly.
