Hi I’m Ella 🦋 (she/her)
Currently Seeking : A secure 12 month lease within a share house, with hopefully options to stay more long term:)
Move in is flexible although preferably sooner August/September/October trying to find the best fit:)
(All female/non binary identifying sharing the property is preferred)
About me🦋 (26):
I’m a bubbly, kind, joker (with a bit of a dark humor streak atm). Mostly introverted but love connecting with people and classic ADHD yapper when feeling social. A loving cat mum, fashion enthusiast, trying-artist ( visual &musical), sometimes avid reader/ film and tv show watcher (love Sci fi/ fantasy, animation, Rom coms)
I’ve recently been diagnosed with Autism / ADHD, POTS.
I live off a disability pension currently - a very reliable source of income as it is government funded and lifelong.
I have 5+ years experience living In share house environments, mostly with only one other housemate. Although have also lived in larger share houses with 3 other housemates.
My values in a share house:
I highly value kind, honest and open communication in all house-share renting relationships and think it is key to living happily and with minimal stress.
Respect of shared spaces, cleanliness, upkeep and positive attitudes towards others are most important to me in day to day share house life. I prefer reasonably quiet -non party households, but like friendly sociable atmospheres. I don’t feel the need for chore charts/ rosters as it has always been kinder and less stressful to take a less fixed approach and focus on good communication instead. Although if a system is already established I’m willing to work with the houses already set rhythms:)
All in all - Looking for a cozy, safe, calm environment to recharge and enjoy my everyday life in :)
My main priority for myself atm is that my home space can feel safe and comfortable so I feel able to unmask and rest without stress.
About my cats:
I have two lovely ladies- Molly and Polly who are both around 5 and 1/2 years of age. Although not technically related my girls love each other. Although are also like most sibling relationships playful and have there friendly days and moody ones too. They’re also not unlike the rest of their species - they do sleep a lot of the time. They are fully indoor cats and are both quite small around 4-5 kg each and are use-to indoor cat life:) If the property has an outdoor space that can be cat net friendly I’d love for them to get some fresh air/ outdoor space but they’ve never had that so it would just be a bonus:)
