Reason for moving: I have become single, and my current arrangement is too much of a stretch for my budget, need somewhere cheaper and hoping to find a shorter commute to the city (currently takes me ~40 mins from Clifton Hill).

I work full time in the city as a data scientist and WFH 1-2 days per week. Ideal suburbs are around Clifton Hill/Collingwood or along one of the associated train lines, I'm pretty open minded but prefer North and East sides of the city and value proximity to train or bus transport.

I'm looking for like-minded, similar aged housemates who are social and outdoorsy. I'm a very active climber with Urban Climb membership and will be keen for climbing, paragliding and skiing trips on weekends, sharing meals and eating out during the week.

Practicality wise, I have a car, dont have furnishings and would prefer not to aqcuiring any but will consider bedroom furniture for the right place. I have an extensive assortment of paragliding and camping equipment so need a bit of storage space outside the bedroom. I like to cook so kitchen/fridge space is important. Something around 250-300/week inc bills is my rough budget.

I am an avid paragliders with license to fly tandems and compete nationally. I'm an Aussie who grew up in QLD and follows the rugby league, used to work as a mech engineer but pivoting into data science. I am very easy going, respectful, clean/tidy, financially dependable, and avoid conflict and drama.
