I'm a full-time science professional working at Royal North Shore Hospital. I am seeking a place to rent/co-lease for 6 months to 12 months. Starting from August 15th.

Ideally a place with friendly, full time working professionals, would prefer a room with its own bathroom and parking, (a little flexible with shared bathroom if it's kept clean).

I do want a covered car park. Preferably.

I will prefer house mates that are relaxed, fun, working full time, and organised.

I am open to live anywhere near Macquarie, City (surry hills etc), Bondi, Manly, or St.Leonards/North Sydney.

I have my own bed, table, and chair, so flexible with non furnished options too.
Also flexible with co leasing if some is in the same boat and looking for a place.
