Sam and Emily

Hi hi hi, we're looking to set up a share house in the inner/south west. The aim is to pull 3-4 people together and get ourselves some place nice. We already have our appliances and crockery sorted, and a bit of furniture to pool together. Now we're just looking for some people to team up with!

The vibe:
Communal, comfortable, and green. With a bit of space to spread out. We like to do communal meals and have some communal groceries, and work together to keep the place clean and welcoming. This is a long term project, so no short term stays please. We're looking for people who a fun, friendly, and looking for a home rather than just a room.

Hard requirements for the house:
- LGBTQIA+/SW/ND friendly
- At least two full bathrooms
- Dishwasher, air con
- Clean
- WFH/workshop space in the main living/dining area
- Lounge room in a secondary private area, preferably with a door on it.
- NBN with HFC or FTTP (FTTC may be considered)
- Garage, or lots of street parking
- Easy commute to CBD
- No kids
- No smoking indoors

About Sam:
I'm a night owl with a million hobbies, though none make too much noise or use much space (except maybe the sewing machine). I currently live alone, though I'm experienced with living in share houses. Hobbies are in no particular order: running, doofing, sewing, chess and climbing. I work as a Software Engineer, from home 4 days a week and in the CBD 1 day.

About Emily:

Typical nerd mixed with a morning person, been living in sharehouses since moving out. Most of the time I'm home I'll be on the computer or reading a book, but I spend a lot of time out. Outdoors, I'm a circus-type who spends her time training Aerial Silks and Fire Spinning, or socialising over a board game or a beer. Currently working from home 3 days a week doing Software Development.
