Hey, I’m Paul (34yo/Irish/non-smoker).
I'm moving to Adelaide on 9th January to start a Cert III in Carpentry (and work part-time).
Having previously worked in finance, I've worked in construction for the past few years.
Hoping to find a furnished room (preferably with my own bathroom... but not a dealbreaker) within driving distance to Kilburn from 8th Jan.
I will be buying a car so will need somewhere to park and a desk would also be great (but again... not essential).
The course is 2 years but I'm happy to start with a shorter stay (3+ months) if that works better for you.
I'm clean, respectful, and easygoing, and will happily chip in with any household cleaning. I'm not into partying/drugs/smoking. I spend most of my time working, studying, and staying active (gym, etc.). Rent will always be paid on time.
