*Looking for a private bedroom for beginning of December 2019 - preferably near a train station* Hi I'm Jarin (or Jez); I am friendly, fun, caring, patient and always up for a laugh! I would prefer 2/3 flatmates, with no pets. I am exuberant, very easy going and I enjoy meeting new people. I relocated solo to Sydney from the UK in Sept 2019 to work for a year (and if lucky enough, for longer). I am respectful of people's personal space and communal space. I believe it is important to be clean and to keep a clean area of living. I am open minded and strive to be a better person everyday.
