Hi beautiful people,

I'm Sergi, 36, originally from Barcelona and living on the Northern Beaches for the past 9 years. Permanent resident here, looking for a long-term room.

I'm a full-time video editor/videographer. Mediterranean by nature, so I'm sociable and easygoing, but I equally love my own space and quiet time. Tidy, organized, conscious, curious, open-minded, and cheerful (allegedly quite fun too, though I'll let a flatmate be the judge of that).

I'm into outdoor sports: surfing, climbing, swimming, running, cycling and yoga. I try to meditate every morning and live consciously. On weekends you'll usually find me camping or in the water. During the week I like winding down at home: watching a movie, playing some music, reading, or having a chat over dinner.

I keep things clean and tidy, and I care about the environment, so I do my best to recycle and cut down on plastic. No pets, but I do have a few plants that I treat like babies. I'm pretty chill on weeknights, not looking for a party house, but always up for a drink or two. Also, fair warning: my paellas and Spanish omelettes are excellent, that has to count for something.

If you're up for the occasional surf, movie night, or chat together, that's always a nice bonus, but I'm just as happy giving each other space, especially since I work full-time during the week.

I'm searching for a room on the Northern Beaches, ideally around Manly, Freshwater, Curl Curl or Dee Why, but flexible anywhere from Seaforth down to Narrabeen. I can move in from September 15th, with some flexibility until end of September if needed. Storage would be a big plus.

No pets, non-smoker, quiet and respectful tenant. Happy to provide references and can move quickly.
